Comparing Airports

In ICT we have been given three common websites which are used for booking flights for your holiday. We have to compare the three sites.

lastminute is a busy site with nice, bright and eyecatching colours. There is quite a lot of information on one page so it is a busy website. Lastminutes home page needs us to scroll down which isn't always and advantage. A disadvantage is that the website may be hard to use is your first language wasn't English, as it doesn't straight away give you a language selection page. A advantage is that its nice and organized so its easy to use and find things.

easyJet is also a bright colourful website. The first page it takes you to is the language page where you can select which language you can understand which is a great advantage. When you have selected you language it takes you to a well layouted page which has the right amount of information on it. Other things are advertised and its nice and organized. Also a great advantage which people will like is that the home page does not included scrolling down for further information.

This website also has nice, happy, light colours. Its front page is nice and busy but like lastminute it has no language selection. With the front page you do have to scroll down for more information but it has got plenty more adverts and different parts of the website to click on. The one thing about this website is that when you click on flights a pop up window comes up. Some people can prevent pop ups but some may not. This may annoy some people who are looking.

Personally My favorite website was Easy Jet as it wasn't to full of information and it was really easy to use as it was organized and its layout was really nice. It was the only website which had language selections and didn't need scrolling down. No pop ups and I new exactly where I was clicking to.
